I'm thinking of kicking about Mexico for a couple of weeks in the spring. I bought a passport last week. You didn't used to need a passport to go to Mexico or Canada I've been as far abroad as Vancouver and Monterrey, but you need one now, so.

Anyway when my uncle heard about my vague plans he warned me that 'they're gunning down Americans on sight.' as proof he offered the figure of six Americans murdered in Mexico in the past six months, about as many murdered Americans as the city of Lincoln produces in a year, and of course Mexico is a neighbor and a huge trading partner, and the number of citizens of one country currently being in the other at the moment is for various reasons much higher than the population of Lincoln at any time. Not that I want to downplay the real dangers of Mexican nightlife, just to say that it's the same as any other bad neighborhood, nation-sized or no. Never buy drugs on credit and you'll be exponentially safer everywhere.

But he's not one to bother arguing with my uncle. He's one who takes pride in being right while at the same time being able to separate his own rightness from the level of fact in what he says. What he says isn't right because the information is correct, this matters very little. No, whatever he happens to say is right because he is the one saying it and I am his junior. Yesterday he said something about how well the Creighton football team was doing, and I got nothing but an angry brick wall response when I pointed out that they haven't played American football there since the forties, though the soccer team is indeed pretty good.

Later that day he pointed out that many Native Americans are changing their names back to something prototypicaly Native instead of whatever Anglophone name was imposed on their families back in Boarding House days. The way my uncle stated this made it clear that he considered this a case of minorities getting special rights, 'They can do anything on Indian Reservations' when of course everybody is free to change their name to anything. There are some exceptions, they'll be no getting 'Dr. Cuntfucker Supreme' printed on your license, and it's something that's done very rarely, since of course it make family dinners even more painful, but it's legal to all just the same.

The uncle said that when Indians on the Rosebud Reservation are given subsidized housing, either from The State or the casino up there, the first thing they do is rip out the toliets and sinks and sell them to the highest bidder, using the holes in the floor for waste removal.

And as I've said before he's right of course. Because being right is not what he is on a given subject but who he is. And in case you were wondering, no, the Rosebud Sioux don't actually pawn off their own indoor plumbing, and you were stupid for wondering. But that's not important.

Within the Beran family there is a secret route from North Platte to the 'Siouxland" where Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota all meet. Take US. 83 up to NE. 92 East, 92 East through Arnold to the Anselmo Road, Anselmo Road through Anselmo past Victoria Springs to US. 183 North. US. 183 north to NE. 91 East. Ne. 91 east through Burwell to US. 281 North. US 281 North through Bartlett to NE. 70 East. NE. 70 east to NE. 14 at Elgin. NE 14 North through Neligh to US 20 East. US 20 East to US. 81 junction. Signs from there will point you towards Sioux City, Sioux Falls, Yankton, anywhere else up there you happen to be going. I just felt a duty to share. Grandpa used to get very angry when someone suggested taking the main roads up there and adding a whole twenty miles.

North Freeway Mentioned in News Today

US. Hwy 75, which north of downtown Omaha used to run on 30th street from Dodge all the way to the city limits, currently runs along a freeway that splits North Omaha in twain for about five miles before filtering back into city traffic, on 30th street, just as one is entering the White neighborhood of Florence.

The North Freeway was a disaster for North Omaha, houses bulldozed, families displaced, businesses and the jobs they provided ground into dust and for what? A freeway that dead-ends back on city streets not more than five minutes out of downtown, cutting maybe three minutes off of a driver's commute. It was clearly built on the attitude that real Americans always drive, period; that cars do not exist for getting to the city but that cities exist to give cars something to drive through, that certain classes of people living in the city are not people at all, and so whatever they suffer in the name of progress,(Giving the people who actually matter slightly more incentive to drive) is unimportant.

So now there's a move afoot to name this evil chunk of road after Martin Luther King, in the name of 'healing.' For some reason I'm thinking of Chris Rock's tales of flunking his Black History class as a child, answering every question with 'Martin Luther King!'. And which Martin Luther King do they intend to name the road after? The real MLK or the one who shills for Mercedes-Bens and opposes affirmative action? I think you know the answer to that as well as I do dear reader.

Senator Ernie Chambers (He will always be Senator, capitialized, always.) has raised a ruckus about this attempt to 'prettyfy' this atrocity. good for him, and may he live for another fifty years as an advocate for people who the leaders of this state hold in such naked and open contempt.

If they must name the North Freeway after a person then I would suggest old Roman Hruska, the man who as US Senator once bullied the mayor of San Francisco for daring to oppose having various freeways manfully plowed through his effeminate neighborhoods. He was a real salt of the earth man Hruska, knowing that every true American loves barraling big cars down big roads so damnit lets get em built and fuck anyone who's in the way.

In spite of my own leanings I've no problem with naming things after Republican leaders, it's only natural in a state as conservative as this one. It's why I named my institute for legal prostitution after Dave Heineman. Last meeting of the year is tonight after last call, by the by, be sure to come prepared.

They're Considering Leagalizing Incest In Switzerland

Sex between extended family; cousins, aunts & nephews, uncles & neices, etc. etc. Now they're considering making it legal for junior to get with mom.

Not my country not my business I suppose. Maybe now I can continue my academic research of black market pornography without feeling so guilty about it.

Chrisma Woman Discusses Choosing a College,and /or a Husband

Joe-How do I get a girl?
Psych-What kind of girl?
Joe-A girl to marry me.
Psych-What happened to your last girl friend?
Joe-I dated her three months and she went out on me.
Psych-Did you bed down with her?
Joe-The third date I couldn’t help myself.
Psych-Did you have an engagement ring to say you wanted her to be exclusive?
Joe-No. I thought since she saw me that way she would be nicer and stay.
Psych- Did you say you love her before you bed down?
Joe-No. She was the only girl I really cared about and now I live with my parents and can’t find a woman even to talk to.
Psych-How long have you been living with your parents?
Joe-Two years. I couldn’t find a career track job so I came back to work in my dad’s shop.
Psych-What is your history with women?
Joe-I dated a girl about every semester and slept with them after about a month.
Psych-What happened then?
Joe-I just wanted to date more women so I quit them.
Psych-Did a sleep over make you feel you had a focus too soon?
Joe- Yes. I felt obligated to have to deal with her again and again and I just couldn’t do it.
Psych-Tell me what hap-pened the first time.
Joe-It was awful. I got excited and I hurt her coming in.
Psych- When a woman looses her virginity she is hurt mildly but especially when she is not married to the man.
Joe-I felt lousy but I made it up to her and just held her.
Psych-A woman in that position without a husband cries and cries.
Joe-I found out the hard way.
Nobody told me it would be like that.
Psych-Do you regret that?
Joe-Yes, but I like being an adult, doing adult things.
Psych-A responsible adult refrains from that attachment so that the woman isn’t hurt unless she’s married.
Joe-Why isn’t it the same for the man?
Psych-A woman holds a baby in her womb to take care of for 18 years.
Joe-That’s a big investment.
Psych-We keep the same huge emotional pattern whether we have birth control or not.
Joe-Why is it not the same experience if you are not married?
Joe-I like you a little bit. I love you for the rest of your life. Is that the same thing with the same effect?
Joe-No. A little means I’ll be there a little so far. Stating I love you forever is a big thing.
Psych-How big?
Joe-That requires a ring.
Joe-I slept with so many girls how is one ever going to come back to me to my bed every evening?
Psych-If you touch lightly with a lot of stories instead of deep touch with few stories a woman can fall in love.
Joe-Is that a statistic?
Psych-Yes. Freud only asked middle aged women their emotive content and without Freud ever touching them many got a crush on Freud.
Joe-Do you mean all I have to do is ask stories of her life without even touching her?
Psych-Yes. You want her to jump sky high to date you.
Joe-How do I manage the competition when they might be crawling all over her?
Psych-There is never such a competition. You can com-mand a person to meet with you again only by your gentle words. Be a gentle man.
Joe-What if I don’t want her to come back?
Psych-State in the beginning I want to meet with a lot of women so I date celibately away from a shelter.
Joe-What kind of woman is going to like that?
Psych- A slow approach is truthful to the actual amount of care. Build trust celibately and you know her behaviors have to be chaste. You can only marry a woman who doesn’t bed hop so ask yourself not to. For years men want to hop from one woman to another to compare so do so without hurt, with-out deceptive too much touch. Make up 100 ques-tions to ask a date. You give a ring to the one that gets to 100. Looking at a shelter together is a milestone event. We take tests to graduate in life. To graduate to make a family give each date ques-tions from the test. Soon she will test you too wisely. After a year or so you unique yourself as a hero for her.
Jennie, a shy senior at Stanford was asked where she was going to look for work when she graduated. Jennie said “I like the Bay area. I’ll look for work here.” Suddenly her mom was alarmed. “Nobody likes the Bay area unless they are gay” she said later to her daughter. “What’s going on?” “I only did group sex and only once.” Shocked mom cries to her husband at their bedside. “We’ve got to get her to a psychotherapist.” “Let’s get her to a Catholic college in the midwest for her last semester” said her dad. That’s all they could do.
It is too taboo for parents to mention anything about their grown child’s breeding be-havior. They simply give them up at their college dorm and hope for the best.
Jack Kerioac in his “On the Road” journey didn’t realize in 1959 where there is the most pot there is the most insane making behavior. Persons walked off the San Francisco bridge about every day smitten with free love and pot that were rejected too harshly. Places with the most pot have the most bisexuals, Brown University, Yale and San Francisco State lead in both pot and bi’s.
In Detroit after one bed episode Lucy and Kent split because Kent said he would like to try kissing his former male roommate from college. She gave him a pair of pants to try on in the next sentence. Then she walked for three days coming to bed only to crash to sleep. This is a common pattern for those
falling out from a mate going gay. It is extremely desta-bilizing. Lucy took in men only to cry to for the next six months and they left early the same evening until a gifted story teller told her one story after another for weeks on end for a cure.
Fitz was a Salsaleto wife and mother of five. Her husband, an English major in college in 1975 worked as an antique dealer in San Fran-sisco for 15 years. Fitz peeked into her husband’s room while he was rehearsing a dialogue with a gay per-sona. She was mortified. “My husband is gay.” She self inflicted to end her life that evening. Did the dad get the kids? No. One teen son ran away to Omaha to announce his dad’s bad behavior. Relatives took them in.
Can one person’s bad touch behavior away from others effect another person ad-versely? Yes. Even if they don’t know.
We wanted everyone to like touch behavior. What we found out is startling.
How to heal from this? Have a warm bottle with milk and rum with a blanket and rock yourself to sleep. Read “My Antonia” by Willa Cather and other faithful to you with words and life ever after stories. Avoid steamy novels. Avoid masturbation.
The problem is the one maimed cannot think of their mate even for a second after the discovery.
Thinking of your husband in a gay behavior is such an assault many don’t survive the first evening. They should flee the home immediately to survive. To get sane again they need a refuge for a year or two. Children have to be given away or the maimed mom is homicidal to her own children.
Extreme anxiety occurs even to just lay down. Give her a heating pad to relax her during bedtime hours or 24 hours a day. After a month of screaming in bathrooms she can self dialogue in a calm way. Day hours in a church calm any communication. “Jesus loves me” can be a healing statement to get her words in order.
Touch relates to trust is a precise understatement that has to be understood in every display of honor.
A little touch equals a little trust.
I hold you dear to my life is a statement at a wedding. Wife is veiled and unveiled properly at this time. I trust you with my life for the consequences of bedding is to have a child.
Why did I trust you with my life is a very sorry conse-quences when getting AIDS or 90% fatal in a month tuberculosis.
I trust you with my forward looking to plan with you our future always is a bedroom expression.
Two gay lays down cuss afterwards always. They dislike what they have done.
Is the bi very sane? No. Read “Nijinsky” a ballet star who slept with his male director and had a wife. In the end at an asylum, words garbled he knelt in the snow to ask forgiveness to his wife.
A smart father has seen his own generation develop poorer and poorer breeding behavior. He says this to his
daughter “I am giving you funds for a psychology sessions every two weeks while you are in college. You are a nice sane girl but there are a lot of insane making behaviors out there. I want you to get married some day to a nice man.”
The young woman goes faithfully and astoundingly matures at a rate ten times faster than most college students.
A smart father reads the college book for students that shows who has the most alcohol, pot, what social activities available and what academic scores.
Beach schools are the most promiscuous.
Colleges with a lot of alcohol consumption are being curtailed. They ask frats and alumni frats to confess how their grades went down when they drank too much. They made a contract to not allow drinking on campus anymore.
A nice father wants his daughter to go to a women’s college. Maybe that’s the answer so daughter won’t be promiscuous. He reads her English term paper. “Wives are enslaved by their husbands.” That professor is a lesbian teaching her weird statements. Her daughter Jill, smart and beautiful became a lesbian. Lesbians are in great numbers at women’s col-leges. Men’s colleges have too many gays. They band together to state “let’s get him to be gay.” Unassuming young man is badgered until he can’t answer this try out everything and then decide idea. They even have college courses on sexuality where gays coming out talk about more than heavy breathing and go on excursions together. How do they get A+
A fourth father sent her daughter to a midwest Catholic college with four in a cottage dorm room. She came out alright.
College is a breeding ground for the pursuit of marriage. This is where you can meet the biggest population of the other gender who is as smart as you.
This is where many fool around. Why is the word “fool” in that sentence? A fool’s paradise is to have too many lovers and no one that loves you.
Catholics still teach how love comes about. Serve those that are suffering. Withdraw from having something intimate you don’t understand yet. Do you serve another by inviting yourself into their room? No.
Why is womb and room so close in pronunciation? Once in a room a man gets into a woman’s womb. Don’t come into my room and you won’t be in my womb is ancient wisdom.
This way I won’t have your baby. I won’t have brain abuse. It is such a self abuse to have a high without care for a lifetime that a person becomes less smart. They cannot decide to judge a person by his statements again very well. Every virgin growing up and that’s everybody can judge a person by their statements. What happens after a high excite-ment without care and commitment for a lifetime? Whatever their mate said before the high excitement they tend to seek for years to come as ideal.
If taken by rape she has to train herself first to admonish the behavior, then train herself to forget it, then exalt all gentle behavior. Being away from any man for a couple years helps this woman recover.
Woman, a shelter is all you’ve got between you and a brute, a spoiled man or a husband in the making. A man is stronger than a woman. He can do what he wants once in a home of a woman.
Even a nice man thinks he will just kiss and good by after listening to music together in her dorm room. He doesn’t realize the animal inclination is to lay down like a magnet on couch, floor or bed.
Women are not equal here. The best a college can do is discuss breeding behavior. For its best effects have single room single gender dorms with security officer
for evening signatures and no pot. Offer coed parties on first floor every Friday and everybody is happy.
“Dad I’m engaged and we’re going to live off campus” is a great relief and
a blessing to all. Ask colleges to give permission to live off campus only this way.

Slacktivist Shoutout: http://slacktivist.typepad.com/slacktivist/2008/10/false-witnesses-2.html

Yeah, I guess it's kind of old. But I just read it, so bear with me.

This post is largely about people trying to assure themselves of their own goodness by taking proud, ostentatious stands against things every sane person is against. It's similar I think to things that I've touched on a lot in my own thoughts and writings.

It reminded me of the death penalty debate, among other things, the way that DP supporters will piously declare that they motivated by empathy for murder victims, while suggesting that DP opponents must not care about the victims. And of course the premise that it is impossible to mourn a murder victim without screaming for the killers head is known to be false. Relatives of the victim after all, parents, spouses, siblings, who indisputably love their dead, have often called for the killers life to be spared for one reason or the other.

So support for the death penalty seems a pretty obvious way of upping the moral ante for the morally insecure. If you convince yourself that it is impossible to oppose murder without opposing the death penalty, then an obvious given suddenly becomes something exceptional and heroic.

And we Americans live in a culture that is both highly competitive and deeply moralistic. We are raised to believe that exceptional and heroic is the basic minimum standard of what we should strive to be; and so this anti-kitten burning pseudo-morality could be applied to any number of other issues as well. In this we are surely not alone.

Sometimes I Really Think That Pam is in on the Gag

Benzyl alcohol is lethal as an injection. Ehealthme.com web site has listed over fifty ways to homicide patients with benzyl alcohol and other combinations. Why is this left on a web site? It must be being done all over this country. Why does FDA have phantom machines that do nothing listed as FDA ap-proved for medicine? FDA is involved with stupid mach-ines that do nothing.
Euthanasia is a misnomer. When one person harms another person lethally it is called homicide. Throw away the other word. Innocent persons questioned the word “euthanasia” but didn’t go far enough to save their own life. Too many have been hom-icided recently.

Fish skin used to be used in place of a rubber for con-traception. Rubbers in Africa are nearly the same price here, about a dollar a piece. The average salary in Rwan-da is $100 a year. How can any young man who makes less than a forty year old afford a rubber? He can’t.
What happened to the rubber plantations that existed in Central Africa? Since Standard Oil decided to use plastics rubber trees are used less and less. Rubbers are made of latex now. An enterprising African can consider growing rubber trees just for the prophylactic concern. Since trees take years to grow maybe an African country’s govern- ment can invest in rubber trees.
Fish skin may not be entirely reliable but there can be a search for the best in terms of durability and thinness. What fish can be skinned for the best fish skin so young men know a cheap source of contraception? It is better than nothing.

How do women that genocide in America date? Chinese students here put awful statements into sub-liminals when a Chinese man decides a certain American should be homicided. When millions of Chinese came here to use sneaky techniques to genocide innocent Amer-icans that they had no argument with, they were not looking ahead at their own progeny expectations. A Chinese woman can do away with her date in a minute. She doesn’t have to be at his house to do the awful deed.
When a Chinese govern-ment invests to decimate Americans with sneaky techniques they are giving them techniques to use on their own wives and hus-bands, children and babies. These Chinese will not have families. They cannot control themselves to be nice to each other. There has never been women on earth involved in genocidal behavior except for these Chinese. Soldiers don’t have a safe woman to go back to after the strife is over. Sneaky techniques are worth-less.
Subliminals effect the brain to make persons dumber as well as whatever the host wants them to do. The brain is enclosed in a hard cranium bone. Subliminals effect the gastrointestinal areas more easily because they are not enclosed in bone. Malab-sorbtion with yellow poo is likely to be caused by subliminals. This means the brain does not get the nutrients that it should. Chinese leaders are making Chinese and Americans dumber this way too.

Gay men accepted a study in which some were given a placebo in place of a medical pill. This is illegal because persons with a placebo would be getting AIDS and AIDS without proper medicine for 6 months or as long as the study occurred.
Placebos were never meant for such a serious contagion. Our government outlawed placebos for AIDS studies since inception of the AIDS disease. That’s why we relied on monkeys for testing for so long.
Secondly the study is outright flawed because there are too many variables. If fifty men have sex only with one person and fifty have sex with twenty persons then the variables are too many to be called a study.
Thirdly one person may have HIV without full blown AIDS. Another person may have full blown AIDS and pass along a huge viral load. So what are these persons bragging about in the news?
They are genociding gay men and they know it.
If your urine smells sweet you may have diabetes type II usually found in those also older and overweight. Those with diabetes have too much acid in their metabolism. Brush your teeth with baking soda, an alkaline substance. For foot wounds that don’t heal put honey on it with a sock over it and go to sleep.
Honey has high sugar nutrient, low moisture to seal the wound and hydrogen peroxide to hydrate with oxygen. This may heal enough so there is no amputation. Try the Sur-geon’s Skin Secret at 888 252-6275 used for diabetics for making skin softer.

This has always been true. Karl Marx tried to make this true statement fuzzier with his awful sentences.
A rich entrepreneur needs only to give the poor enough salary so they sustain them-selves and a little more.
The employer needs only to listen to his employees for improvements of themselves and the entire enterprise. That’s what is required to help along a paradise on earth. Scrooge can be coaxed to understand consequences of stinginess or when you are able generosity. Tiny Tim was never improved by Karl Marx. Tiny Tim received from his father’s salary and Scrooge’s Christmas bonus.
This century shall be remembered by evaluating who was cruel or who was kind. Communists are cruel.
We don’t need a fancy name
for humans set on being cruel in massive numbers with the same awful plans.

Martin Luther King’s said in his “I have a dream” speech “a man is not judged by his color but by the character of his deeds.” Martin Luther King wouldn’t have liked Obama. Obama’s deeds have been to genocide elderly and sweet kind non marijuana persons.
We like Bill Cosby a great comedian, actor, author and father figure for millions of young people. Who can forget him rubbing jello all over his body so the blob wouldn’t somehow come down the New Jersey Turnpike? He was great as a secret agent and he’s great as a actor father of an African American family. We grew up with him with laughter.

What can we give a people
that does not officially look up to kind humans to admire? A Chinese person can admire their father and mother kind enough to care for them for so many years. Their parents whisphered something about Christians in America that they had a kinder leader.
Christian missionaries are going to China in small droves impressing Chinese with nicer thoughts to think.
Let’s give them William Bennett’s “Book of Virtues” for grade school, teens and a book for adults for all1billion and a half of them for their

Diaper rash ointment plus zinc is a $2 cure for herpes as good as the prescription salve. Propolis bee ingre-dient is beneficial so honey may also be. L-lysine cream is helpful too.
Studies show those that have herpes now are susceptible to alzheimers sooner than most the population. Cinnamon detan-gles the tau tangles of the alzheimer’s nerve. Try cin-namon with honey on the head for improvement of thinking.

Disciplining the child has been done by mom with the effect of making a child nicer to be around. Every mom in every country does this. Why? Mom wants the child to grow up and get married. Mom wants the child to be nice enough to gets dates that lead to a happy marriage with another nice person. Catho-lics say they are sorry a lot. This smooths over rough spots in conversations. A person is well bred that trains themselves to be kind.

Chrisma Woman Update

Her name is "Pam" apparently. Just, Pam.

I've been thinking lately that she's actually a solid degree or two less crazy than Jack Chick. Yet the White Protestant man makes millions off of his bloody-minded fever dreams. While the Catholic woman depends on the charity of the Lutheran People's City Mission, just goes to show you I suppose.

In other news, today I overheard a man casually admit to using Extenze as medicine to help his performance.

And Elton John's 'Someone Saved My Life Tonight' is really fucking good.

Mentioned in The Journal Star

A blurb in today's article on women in the unicameral, or the lack thereof...

A 2008 survey by the Pew Research Center showed higher numbers of 2,250 Americans surveyed believed women were superior to men in character traits they value in political leaders. They said women were more honest, intelligent, compassionate, outgoing and creative when it came to leadership. On intelligence, 43 percent said men and women were equal, 38 percent said women were smarter and 14 percent said men were smarter.

Some might see this stat as a sign that feminism has gone too far, that attitudes towards gender have jumped over the point of fairness and straight into the realm of reverse discrimination. But what this survey actually displays is the old feminist trope that 'patriarchy hurts men too.' It shows that feminism hasn't gone far enough in breaking down the nonsense that American men believe about ourselves.

Women have more freedom to outwardly appear intelligent, openly thoughtful and ambivalent, whereas men are taught that reaching a conclusion for its own sake, and then manfully standing behind it, is far more important than the process of reaching that conclusion. To value the thought process is necessarily to confess to vulnerability and weakness. To acknowledge fallible judgment and the possibility of being wrong is to acknowledge the possibility of being hurt by the consequences of being wrong. This is blasphemy to our masculine ideal. The true man is not only perfectly strong but perfect strength, unstoppable for as long as he simply and sincerely believes in his rightness.

Now obviously the idea that thought itself is unmanly can lead men to do inconceivably stupid things, and it is in fact the main culprit behind every one of humanity's all-time dumbest decisions. So naturally women in authority who aren't burdened by this trope are going to look much smarter than men who are. Still I reckon that many of the thirty eight percent who told the Pew Center that women were more intelligent than men will still vote for a tough decisive man they can have a beer with.

Go Wikileaks

Certainly the work they do in revealing war crimes that never would have otherwise been publicly known is important, and certainly it's fun to see politicians exposed for chicanery, weasel speak, and outright bullshit, but these are all things we more-or-less knew were going on before. The most important thing that Wikileaks does is to demystify the State's power over life and death, deflate the mythical archtype of the Jason Bourne/Jack Ryan style technosuperman, expose our fascination with the modern war making and dirty tricks business; with all of its fantastic technology and intriguing code languages, as nothing but the most childish servility.

To read through the Wikileaks files on war, peace, diplomacy espionage and the rest is to discover that there is no 'great game' going on, no taut psychological thriller keeping you on the edge of your seat. Decisions over the lives of hundreds or thousands or people are not made with cameras slow-panning the tension on the faces of various sundry officials while the leader cites Plato in a speech on the terrible import of what he is about to do.

No, the relationships between the nations of the world, whether malevolent or benign, are determined by very flawed and perfectly ordinary people, people who will or won't order a bombing that kills thousands if they decide that this is the most personally convenient choice to make, the one that will prevent the need to make more decisions later. There is a cliquish and banal familiarity between geopolitical players. Tensions between nations rise and fall based on the personal jealousies between leaders and diplomats. It's all so routine and human, to the point where I think the powers that be would actually prefer that they've been caught in some horrible scandal, some Illuminati-style conspiracy, because at least there's still some aura to being sinister. But no, the great leaders of the world are all a little myopic and more than a little dopey, but that's really all they are.

The Tom Shatel Peanut Gallery Review/Or; Bo Pelini Exists as a Test of Loyalty to Bo Pelini

"Nice one Shatel- you criticize the man for making a mistake, then you criticize how he apologized. Husker fans love Bo's passion- but it come's with the whole package. And all you columnists do is criticize. I hope Bo and the Huskers don't think that you speak for the majority. Keep up the good work Bo."

"You would think that Perlman would be able to talk to Pelini behind closed doors instead of drawing more media attention to the situation, kind of like you(Shatel) said Pelini should have done to Martinez. I don't totally agree with everything Bo does, Watson is still employed with the university of Nebraska right, anyway did you watch the game Shatel? Aren't the refs paid to call a fair, clean game? Apparently hands to the face and holding are legal now. One thing is for sure the refs got paid. One more thing if Martin got suspended for a personal foul, Jerod-Eddie Should be suspended for molestation. That was wrong in more than one way."

"Really Tom? Implying that we should be frightened because he goes into some kind of rage blackout? How about recognizing that Bo refused to take the endless baiting from the media to call the referees out directly. He and the young men he leads get royally hosed for an entire game, and you somehow fail to mention this obvious reason for his actions in your speculation of "how it happened".
How about being a little bit more direct yourself and discussing the penalty disparity when that crew calls NU games rather than painting our coach as some kind of possessed demon that can't explain his actions."

"Right folks. Go Bo!! I remember the talking heads (Shatel) as also the ones who sided with Callahan and Pedersen awhile back. Oh--and that 2-3 million plus dollars---why have our columnists dropped that one?? Why isn't the main point about the accountability of some of the Aggie late hits, etc. and poor officiating? Coach Pelini knows that we all get a little over the line and as always he will "fess" up to it!! Until you folks have walked even 10 feet in those coaching shoes---just cheer!!"

"This article was worst than your sunday article and I didn't think that was possible. Why don't you and the rest of the staff ******* Pelini for the day and look into the Big 12 and the referees? Maybe because that would take too much work on your part. Its easy to focus on Pelini, but you might take a little more time and research to look into why NU only has a player suspended and we don't here anything from the Big 12 when Cotton is molested."

Quick Survey. What does "*******" Pelini stand for exactly?

A. Marinate?
B Defenestrate?
C.Spiritually Nourish?
D. Autotune?
E. Other?

I think the one who need to apologize to the fans is not Pelini, it is NU Chancellor Harvey Perlman for hiring Steve Pederson. Steve in turn fired Frank Solich and hired a horrible coach named Bill Callahan. Steve also wrote PADDED contracts for Callahan and himself worth millions even if they were fired. All these decisions were approved and oversaw by good old Perlman. So Harvey I think you owe us an apology for destroying husker football the last decade and costing the program millions of dollars (way worse than yelling at a ref). You are so lucky to still have a job because you pushed all blame all on Pederson and Callahan.
In my opnion I think we should let our coach (winning coach) be passionate about his job and we should get an apology from Mr. Perlman.

While Harvey Perlman is something of a twit, his continued employment probably has something to do with his obscure non-football related duties.

"Scary? You cannot be serious here Tom. We have seen this before from Pelini. Don't act so shocked.
-Did Pelini let things get out of hand? Yes. But the officiating was WAY out of hand.
-I would rather have someone who is willing to stand up for something he believes is wrong than a bunch of PC crap from local writers who are afraid to call a spade a spade. You are playing right into what Dan Beebe wants you to do: Take attention away from what has been the biggest disgrace in college football since Reggie Bush. "Forward progress had been stopped." Does that ring a bell? Has a replayed call all year gone our way? We haven't got a holding call in almost 300 consecutive plays! For cring out loud how much more do you need to see before you think something might be going on behind closed doors.
-I realize you wanted to write a story that looks at a bigger picture than just what happened on Saturday, but until someone from OWH gives me an article that takes an in-depth look at Big 12 officaiting and calls them what they are this will be mine and everyone else's response...yawn"

Shatel, once again you prove to me that you are a shoddy journalist and I use that term loosely (journalist that is). I am so sick and tired of the media, especially you, beating a dead horse to death. Put this one to bed and go out there and do some real investigative and unbiased reporting, like why that officiating crew saw Nebraska three times this year!

For all those 'embarassed' and 'ashamed' of Bo, grow up. Everyone who's ever played a sport in their life has been yelled at by a coach just like Bo did to Taylor. Yeah he needs to tone his approach to the refs, but the fact is that they are supposed to be objective, and if they let Bo's rants get to them that's their problem. Bo is good for the program and keeps the players in order, you dont see 30 players getting arrested in 3 or 4 years like you do with Iowa and Florida and other programs. GBR."

I think Bo Pelini has a great mind for football and his competive passion gives him the energy to win. I also see what a faithfilled familyman and husband he is. I hope Bo can receive some spiritual direction this week. He can put Christ back in the middle of yes, even football, and be the Coach he was created to be."

Been Thinking

I read a 'Life article' on Haiti, and a corresponding thread on Fark. The story was as dispiriting as you might expect, but it's some of the thread comments that really caught my eye.

"You can't bring civilization, clean water, and western capitalism for 6 billion people. There have always been inequalities, and if you want to trade spaces with a stricken Haitian well, throw your hat into the rink. If not? Then quitcher biatchin.
/This is the system we grew up with, and the system you vote for. Don't like it? Want to be a bleeding heart? Fine, donate your mini fortune to buy cases of water for Haiti.

<span style="font-weight:bold;">Our how about they primarily have themselves to blame. Their government is corrupt beyond belief. Their economy is constantly undermined by back room deals, payoffs, and embezzlement. Instead of controlling the money in their own country, and investing it in things like infrastructure and health care, the money just ends up in the hands of criminals.

So, why am I supposed to give a rats ass about them? Because they're human?
Poor black people who breed for more than they can ever possibly feed and adequately house even in the best of times, for them. Even with all the help they get it's still no where enough to help their misery.
Sorry bad shiat happened to them.
Oh well.....

What struck me here was not so much the callousness of these statements as the fact these statements are obviously meant to be conscious displays of callousness, callousness as a defensive weapon. And what were these Fark posters defending themselves from? Was anyone else on the thread openly denouncing the greed and materialism of the Yankees, the West, the White Man?

No, as you can see for yourself, http://www.fark.com/cgi/comments.pl?IDLink=5768850&startid=64939534; the 'let them eat dirt' posters were only reacting to statements of sorrow and dismay at what the people of Haiti were suffering through. They assumed out of hand that any suggestion that it was wrong for third-world people to suffer this way was necessarily to claim that our own prosperity is wrong, and so they responded with defensive aggression.

This sensitivity is very common among small-fish citizens of big-fish nations. It may seem easy to accept being born into a rich and powerful society as just good luck, but it's actually very hard, not in spite of our material comforts but because of them. One who has been born here into the modern United States, on gone on to invest in our institutions and make his life here; house car job and the rest, needs to believe that his relative fortune is cosmically deserved, and cannot accept that he could have just as easily (more easily in fact) been born into a place where the precise level of talent and intelligence he has now would leave him starved naked and dead.

Stand Your Ground 'Self-Defense Law' coming to Unicameral

sen. Mark Christensen of Imperial, who I best remember for thanking God for his Aryan looking children in an interview to the Journal-Star a few years back, wants to introduce a law removing the 'duty to retreat' for those threatened with attack from inside their homes or vehicles. This is a fad that's been pushed by the NRA and other groups in various states in recent years, and the purpose is quite obviously to make the 'man's home is his castle' saw literally encoded in law. Personally I like the retreat law. But maybe that's just because I've been feminized enough to think that violence is bad-in-itself, and that the choice between the good guys life and bad guys life should best be avoided until it is absolutely impossible. Surely the graveyards are full of enough real men who took heroic stands against evil, relished in making offenders suffer, and than wilted to death from old age to prove that macho is bullshit. Apparently some don't think so.

The bill is a clear example of what the right wing considers freedom to be, which is not democracy as much as democratic feudalism. (Hence the pedantic insistence that we are a republic instead of a democracy in some libertarian circles.) By this thinking the right to vote and speak ones mind are a good deal less important than the right to punish personal offenses however a (White, Christian) man sees fit, up to and including most crucially having some power over life and death. Legal equality exists only to provide a fair playing field for men to fight for dominance and expand their fiefs, while social equality, not just forced economic equality but any attempt to alter the social hierarchy, is the blackest of all evils.

In the New York Times I read of a man who helped to attach some right-to-carry boilerplate in a Congressional bill meant to give citizens of Washington DC. better federal representation. He admitted, or rather bragged, about not giving a damn whether the people of DC had the right to vote or not. they are nothing but a bunch of Brown peasents, and living in an urban environment like that requires a good deal of innate cooperativeness between citizens. That makes them doubly evil, so fuck em.

If You Believe Sean Hannity has Sources in the Obama White House

"There are some Democrats that cue me into things. The feeling among some people in the White House is that this president is unhinged, that he's detacted, that he's losing it, he's obsessed with critics, very specifically obsessed with Fox news, he can't stand Biden, he hates the Clintons, the Clintons hate him. Infighting apparently, and finger pointing is at an all-time high, if the President is brought bad news on the economy he has a meltdown everytime he hears it. And this is what people-and I'm telling you-my sources are reliable are telling me"

One time there was a hobo who told me he got picked up by a good-looking middle aged lady at a truck stop in Memphis. She gave him hundreds of dollars a week and full use of her new Chevy truck while he had sex with both her and her nineteen-year-old daughter all the while.

Another time I heard from this guy named Mandeville that there's some freaky shit going down about an hours drive east out of Constantinople.

The loonier members of the right assume out of hand that Google must be an enemy because: A) It is a Bay Area Yuppie industry and B) Is not in the business of constantly putting on ostentatious displays of agreement with and fealty to the right-wing agenda. And so the nutcases, in their typical fashion, are simply squinting their eyes as hard as they need to in order to find evidence for what they already 'know'.

Chrisma Woman: 'INCEDENTARY' edition

Before 1920 there were no income taxes. Federal gov-ernment got all their needs met with import taxes.
We need our factories back. We can place import taxes on electronics from China. This encourages electronics made here without subliminals. Other factories can flourish here in the states too. More factories here mean a better economy with more jobs.
People delight in making things. We have to move forward with some inventions Asians already have. Plastics with clay may mold more intricate artistic products.
Only a tiny tariff added and the end of income tax is in sight.

Students can study longer while in a school bus on their way to and from school.
Outfit our school buses as you would an airplane with folding mini tables that come out in front of a seated child.
A ceiling light can be turned on in winter months when the sun sets early. This increases study time. Seat belted stu-dents are better behaved. Students with tables and light can have better academic scores. Tables are not steady for writing but a book on a table with a light encourages reading. We don’t want stu-dents to be on a bus more than an hour.
Southern states can have bike and bus commuting for more fitness, less gas used and more kids getting home faster.
To encourage fitness let’s have bike races for ages 9-12 on a country road at the end of the school year. All you need is thread for the finish line.
We suggest stolen bikes from police can be given to Christian groups to hand out to no income families for nine year olds under the Christmas tree. Then every kid can join the race in May.

The problem is Chinese have incedentaries that are silent and in this country now. It pulverizes a three story building like Ferguson Hall at UNL. Chinese adver-tized houses being pulverized as seen from above with footage on America’s TV commercials for a year. Of course they are the ones doing the demolitions. Chi-nese have to be escorted out of this country. We don’t know what exact Chinese person is responsible for all the subliminals and inceden-taries so get them all out. 99% are likely to be guilty including students. Obama is getting a trillion dollars a month from Chinese by buying our bonds. Is Obama going to get Chinese out of this country?
Another answer is to have only clear plastic backpacks in this country. Set a time in a month se every school kid, college student, American and visiting foreigner has to have a clear plastic backpack instead. In WWII we made all women to no longer wear nylons. Help make clear plastic backpacks the law in every state.
Sometimes Russians wear these backpacks so we cannot check whether they are Americans or Russians by looking at their faces.
X-ray cars as they come into America. Can we x-ray cars and luggage as they come across the Mississippi and Missouri river over our bridges? Can we x-ray cars and luggage when going from state to state as one would at customs? Protect the innocent

A South Korean single woman coming into the home of a married woman stops at the wedding picture to admire for 5 minutes. They rarely divorce and almost all marry young. They form bible groups in their homes to cull who to marry. Only 20% get into their colleges in South Korea. Many come here wanting their teen children to go to college and they are brilliant. They test for col-lege several times and com-pare scores in their con-versations even if they are bound for art school. Average age a woman gets their own business is 26 compared to age 50 for an American woman. Very few use drugs. They commonly work up to 80 hours a week. Their children go to classes until 8PM like they do in South Korea. South Koreans are kind and modest despite their flare for designer clothes. Buy from them instead.

Interesting Study

"In 2008, the Pew Hispanic Center, calculated that there might be 11.2 million illegal immigrants in the United States. That is about 4% of the population. The state with the greatest proportion was Arizona, with 7.9%. These numbers, like any Census of a large population, are necessarily inaccurate, but they are the best we’ve got. With the recession, most experts agree that the population of illegal residents has probably declined since 2008.

If you read my last blog posting, you may not be surprised to know that poll respondents have a completely distorted estimate of the number of illegal immigrants in their state. The average response when asked what percent of their state is illegal immigrants was just over 17% - that is, the average American thinks almost 1 in 5 people are illegal immigrants.

One final note – Americans of all political ideologies show some tendency to, not only over-estimate the number of illegal immigrants, but also to have trouble separating Hispanics generally from illegal immigrants particularly. Let me explain: in addition to asking about the percentage of illegal immigrants in their state, I also asked what percentage of their state is Hispanic. I think it is safe to assume that when most people hear the term “illegal immigrant”, they almost exclusively assume that the illegal immigrant is from Latin America - meaning that when they say 17% of their state is illegal immigrants that they are saying that at least 17% of their state is Hispanic. If I am correct about this, a rough way to estimate the percentage of Hispanics that a respondent thinks are illegal immigrants is simply to compare their answer to the questions about the percentage Hispanic to their answer about the percentage illegal immigrants. Among all white respondents, the average answer to the question about illegal immigrants was almost 2/3rds the size of their answer to the question about Hispanics – meaning, if they thought about it – they are likely indicating that they think that 2/3rds of all Hispanics in their state are illegal immigrants. Among “very conservative” whites the answer to the Hispanic question was, astoundingly, almost 3/4ths the size of the answer about illegal immigrants – implying that 3/4ths of Hispanics are illegal immigrants."

Ryan D. Enos

This is related, I think to the narritives of President Obama as a radical, Muslim, illegitimate usurper, etc. It's a gross simplification to say that all opposition to Obama or anti-immigration hysteria is based on direct and conscious racism. (It is also a convenient strawman for the right, who can dismiss critiques of their more absurd conspiracy theories by saying something akin to 'liberals always shout racism when they can't win an argument.) Old-school, overt, cross burning racism has become taboo in almost every segment of American society. But I do think that this distorted view of reality, in regards to both the president and the Hispanic wave, has a good deal to do with latant racism. It's a half-conscious feeling among the White middle class that their control of society is simply the natural order of things; that a world where politicians focus on pandering for their votes, popular culture focuses on catering to their sensibilities, and corporations focus on marketing for their dollars; is nothing more than a world running on its proper equilibrium.

The desire to believe that many if not most Hispanic newcomers are 'illegal', the fact that the sort of banal ethnic-identity markers that should be taken as givens, (Latinos speaking Spanish among themselves, old country flags on truck windows) are seen as signs of their illegality, is clearly meant to delegitimatize the physical reality of their being here. Just as narratives of President Obama as a mad Leftist hellbent on corrupting America's natural state are also obvious attempts to deligitimize his presence in the White House.

For many in the White middle and upper classes, the idea that their loss of cultural and demographic dominance could possibly be benign, spontaneous, and organic is simply inconceivable. This is especially true in rural and suburban areas where they have previously been not only culturally dominant but culturally uniform. The mere fact that we are losing this control is proof enough that there are malevolent forces behind this loss.

Interesting Article at Baloon Juice

Why do Republicans hate trains? Is this really just a situation in which Democrats and Europeans find value in trains, so therefore it is un-American to ride trains?

This is part of the reason why yes, but conservatives here have long had a bitter hatred towards both passenger rail and public transportation in general. (Hard to notice, I know, with all of the other people and things they bitterly hate.)

What it comes down to I think is that their understanding of society is basically feudal. Today's right wing considers even the most basic anthropological definition of society; cooperation and loyalty to strangers, and acknowledging some level of dependence to them, to be socialist. People exist for the purpose of competing against each other for dominance, and will only grudgingly band together with members of their own tribes to fight off a common threat to their dominance. There is no common duty, no concept of 'us' existing beyond opposition to common enemies and paying homage to totems of state power such as the flag or the right-wings cartoon version of the constitution.

Their main problem with trains and public transport then is that it's all so damned public. It requires being in at least the physical presence of social outsiders, people from different backgrounds living different lives; often the sort of people who the right-winger bases a huge chunk of his own self-worth on looking down upon. People without cars, which is a deprivation akin to homelessness in the conservative mind, city dwellers, who are either impoverished brown-skinned factory and jail fodder who can't afford to own a McMansion like Real Americans do or some filthy hipster/homosexual who could afford a real home if they wanted to but choose the city only to better indulge their pagan depravity.

Driving, on the other hand, is either done alone or with people from one's own family or social group. Our auto based transport system is a fantastic way to keep the separate classes of America separate, which is of course a big part of the reason for why we were made to get around this way; and there are quite a few among us who won't broke any challenge to this separation and the personal sense of superiority that this separation makes possible.

Thursday Night

I was geeking out on David Bowie until about six in the morning. I've been thinking of 'Life on Mars?' and Procal Harems 'Whiter Shade of Pale' lately, the way that passionately sung gibberish is quite sincerely moving. And I think it's the way that these word-salad songs evoke confusion, remind us of just how hellishly painful confusion is to the human mind, painful to the point of tragedy really, and why we're all so willing to believe utter nonsense in order to avoid it.

Of course the melodies to these songs are great too. And maybe that's all there is to it.

I Dreamed

That I took shelter with some stock character immigrants/street urchins. They lied in a tiny hidden space taking up the rear five feet of a Home Depot sorta place. The stairway to their apartment, such as it was, was more of a carpeted ladder in a chimney. There was a woman with five kids and three brown boys with the voices of middle-aged men. Lots of rats. Women knitting spider webs and humming tuneless tunes. I was told to come back whenever I like, whenever I was in trouble. Baby carriages at random spots on the floor making it hard to walk.

This one From Chrisma Woman is Strange, but Still sweet

A thousand puppets, a hundred storytellers, a couple of mimes, clowns and jugglers and a fire eater can assemble in three states to the delight of all children and parents. Possibly Kentucky in June, Oklahoma in July and Utah in August can host a Children’s Folk Festival. Perhaps other states would like this celebration of child-ren’s happy concerns.
We can bring children and parents from all over to enjoy the fest, a trip to a local lake and a tent city for campers. Local children can rehearse to be in a children’s proces-sion on Friday evenings like they do in Germany’s Bav-aria’s Children ‘s Festival.
We have puppet contests in many states. Glen Echo in our nation’s capitol hosts storytellers from all around.
Mimes and jugglers come from Central Park in New York and circuses. College students love to do summer stock. “Let’s go to the Child-ren’s Folk Festival instead of Disneyland” this year can be the statement hailed by parents!

Rush Limbaugh States Beliefs Honestly: Oddly Appropriate for Columbus Day

But there is no equality. You cannot guarantee that any two people will end up the same. And you can't legislate it, and you can't make it happen. You can try, under the guise of fairness and so forth, but some people are self-starters, and some people are born lazy. Some people are born victims. Some people are just born to be slaves. Some people are born to put up with somebody else making every decision for them.

You may consider this to be nothing more than harsh truth, that some people are simply more worthy than others and have earned special social privilege because they worked for it. You may say that this is nothing but the ethos of capitalism and competition expressed in an unusually blunt way.

Except no, these are the words of a college dropout born in to wealth, who honestly believes that the money he was born into was deserved and not dumb luck. He specifically says that some people are BORN to be slaves. He says this to an audience that, let there be no doubt, feels entitled to have social privilege simply handed to them, who is insulted by the mere thought that they should have to bother working or competing for it.

There are many who believe the sentiment that Limbaugh expresses, who believe that holding this creed makes them strong clear-eyed realists in a weak pc world. I myself would have a much easier time accepting that they are sincere truth tellers, and not simply bigots, if a single one of them considered himself the slave.

The Godless Liberal Hedonism of a Company Health Fair

"As millions of hardworking Americans struggle to make ends meet, Senate staffers will participate next week in a two-day orgy of back massages, organic food tastings and milk mustache photos." http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/10/08/senate-office-host-health-fair-covered-staffers/ Fox News

Yes, you read that right, a two day ORGY of back messages and milk mustaches. Anything goes up in this bitch; double anal, animal rape, lines of coke snorted directly off of erect cocks, organic food!

And now for some real fun here are some of the comments from the Fox News faithful:

Whom ever these staffers that attend this fair, work for. Every one of them needs to be voted out of office.Senators if you are reading this...we've had it with the abuse, the lies and the spending. As far as I'm conccerned this entire country needs to be purged of ALL LAWYERS, JUDGES and POLITICIANS. They have all lost sight of what America should be.

I guess the time-capsule back to 1930's Nazi Germany continues ... of course, the underlying, not so subtle anymore, message is: look how great things are when you are on the "right" (or in this case "the left) side. How dare they continue to stuff their faces in the public trough and not even feel like they have to be accountable to us for what they do. November and 2012 can't get here fast enough! I'm fed up!

AND THEY THINK.........the massage will rub off the stench that they permeate.......... the organic food will make their lies more healthy for you to hear......... the sauna will purge them of the E-V-I-L that is embedded within..............they are deserving of every red cent we paid for them...............and deserve more............more............more..............more..............more.............more............

I know I've made this point several times before, still let us be clear on just who these folks are. These are not especially stupid people. They are able to say and believe stupid things because in their particular social groups there is nothing to be gained from not being stupid, rather they gain social esteem almost chiefly through their ability to manfully express indignation. They are convinced that the only true measure of human worth is the willingness to fight for and avenge affronts against the sacred and pure. They 'know' that they cannot be decent people unless they are constantly defending what they hold dear, and so they are desperate to believe that what they hold dear is under constant peril. Lust is far too weak of a word to describe how badly they NEED to feel outraged and threatened.

So Fox News, the most trusted and reliable supplier of outrage to these addicts, comes along and feeds them a little line, and they really couldn't care less that it's low-grade stuff.

Easy to Understand Insanity

The state of Missouri has a ballot initiative to regulate puppy mills, aimed to prevent such typical puppy mill luxuries as forced inbreeding and keeping females perpetually pregnant until they drop dead before age five. Naturally there is a cohort of tea-partiers in Missouri who; well, their language cannot be precisely translated to English, so there's really no way to know for sure, but they seem to think that the measure is really bad.

Well, according to the Alliance For Truth, the main force behind the anti-Prop B movement, there is something much more nefarious afoot (er, apaw) in the HSUS measure. The Alliance For Truth claims that the HSUS has a "radical agenda" and is "misleading the public with its intentions on Prop B. The society seeks only to raise the cost of breeding dogs, making it ever-more difficult for middle-class American families to be dog-owners."

Anita Andrews from Alliance For Truth told TPM that it's a "deceptive, lying bill" that is "trying to purposefully get rid of the breeders." The state of Missouri, she said, has been given a bad rap as "the puppy mill capitol" of the U.S. but "in truth we have the best ribbon breeders in the country." And, Andrews said, the state already has anti-cruelty laws on the books.

"They don't like animals," she said of the Humane Society of the United States.

Andrews also explained that Cass Sunstein, "one of the biggest animal rights activists," and President Obama's Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, is tied to the HSUS, and is helping them give Obama "a punch list" of the animals rights activists' agenda.

You see, there's a difference between animal rights activists and animal welfare activists. Unlike the HSUS, Sunstein, and other animal rights activists, animal welfare activists like the Alliance For Truth have "no intention of wiping every animal off this earth," Andrews said. Animal welfare activists believe in hunting and that people should take care of animals.

Rights activists, on the other hand, think "humans and animals are on the same level, ownership of an animal is slavery," and that "animals should have attorney representation" (presumably so every dog can have his day in court).

All this garble raises a somewhat important question; what, to the right-winger, is 'big government'?

In North Platte I knew a man who scoffed at any constitutional challenge a suspect made against an arrest or other police action. This man would always rail on and on against the rights and luxuries that criminals supposedly receive at the expense of victims. Then on the day this man got a ticket for parking the wrong way on a neighborhood street he responded by screaming profanities for twenty minutes, destroying a couple hundred dollars worth of his own property, and calling city hall over and over again, growing ever more enraged as whoever was answering his calls refused to stay on the line and let him abuse her. The tyranny of the twenty dollar ticket would not stand.

In the end it's very simple. The right-winger will support any law or regulation passed by legitimate White Male authority figures, so long as it is seen as telling the poor, the brown, the heathen, or the female what they can't do. He will support the harshest penalties for crimes associated with social outgroups; drug use, prostitution, petty theft, etc, for so long as he sees the law as a tool for keeping these people under heel where they belong. It is those laws seen as imposing on White, Male, Christian prerogative that bring out cries of Marxism. A two percent tax hike on the rich is far more tyrannical than restrictions on contraception, or minority religious rights, not because of the amount of liberty being restrained but whose liberty is being restrained.

It should be self-evident that it is the States security powers; police and military, are the best friends of any would-be dictator. (Which isn't to say that cops and soldiers are evil, it's just the Lockean compromise of accepting State authority in return for civilization.) Yet the right-winger is completely unbothered by the power of the Pentagon or the fact that the US has far more of its citizens locked up than any other democracy. What the right-winger fears and hates is 'bureaucracy'. He is enraged by the host of minor, practical (or perhaps not so much) impositions on his own affairs, the laundry list of rules and regulations that are inevitable in any complex society. He hates the small day-to-day laws that apply to all, not because they impose on his rights as a citizen, but because they remind him that he is only a citizen and not a feudal lord. It is intolerable that he should have to walk twenty feet out the door to smoke a cigarette. It is justice that someone else should sit in jail for smoking a joint.

Getting back then to the rant quoted in the TPM article; who is it that generally runs these puppy mills? White, rural, "Common Clay of the New West" types mostly, and I'd hazard to guess there is also a fair number of loudly self-professing Christians among them. And now there is a proposed law that seeks to tell these Real Americans what they can and can't do with their property; Real Americans are being told that they are entitled to something less than absolute life-or-death dominance of other creatures. Naturally this must be opposed, and to keep with the rarefied dignity of Real Americans this opposition must be presented as a cosmic battle against unfathomable evil.

We can laugh at the hysteria of it, as well we should, but we laugh only because we are elitist enough to think that making any damn sense is more important than being righteous.

Most of these points describe several people I know.

For some reason I'm reminded in particular of this time back in 2004. I was at a family gathering and; was called upon to describe the details of Jenna Cooper's slaying. I recited the known facts as dryly as I could and as soon as I was done a male relative of mine; without saying a thing about this particular case, regally stated his belief that convicted murderers should always get the death penalty.

I was struck by how he obviously considered the chance to assert this belief as the essential point of the conversation; and I'd even say that some part of him believes that murder exists for the purpose of giving others the chance to affirm their anti-murderer credentials. And while this sort of moral vanity has never been uncommon and expresses itself in various ways more harmful than this it was still a damned tawdry display all the same.

Chrisma Woman Gets Fucking Epic

Get white masks on from bed sheets. Water down any subliminal; cell phones, TVs, computers, brown thin long needles, tiny white cubes and subliminators.
New Chinese leaders can improve by having the highest level manage specific services. Natural gas, elem-entary schools, roads, res-ervoirs, electricity, zoning, taxes, rice production, clo-thing, imports, tourism, arid lands, swimming pools and voting can be some services.
Every leader of a separate service can have a complaint center, a freedom center, and technical advisers. Let five upper managers vote on their technical regulations and humane laws.
A less organized teacher is over stressed so she shouts, screams and punishes often. She reorganizes by posting rules and exact repercussions, sets specific goals and a date when work shall be done. She shouts less because pupils know exactly what to do to be nicer and produce more in less time.
A government should let all citizens know the laws and exact repercussions so they all calm down to be nicer and more content.
Let the people have free-dom and they can complain so the people improve easily.
Let the people have free-dom of thought and they get smarter and nicer.
To have made an insideous homicidal method such as a subliminal could end all marriages. A tiny argument and the wife puts a fuzzy on the sternum of her husband and does away with him. Why would anybody even marry in China? Why would anybody attempt to get a job when anybody knows how to
do away with anybody. Anarchy and so much lone-liness without job or family ends all your population soon.
Babies already are dumber from subliminals in China. Babies have softer formed skulls than adults and are more likely to have brain inflammation more pro-foundly sooner.
Governments must never let persons have an insidious homicidal method. There won’t be a government in China. There won’t be a police man anymore. There won’t be persons to pick up the groceries anymore. They would soon be too upset and afraid to get a fuzzy on the sternum.
Making your population so mean to the nicest Americans means Chinese will have even less reserve to do away with each other at the slight-est whim.
All governments should be formed to make citizens nicer.
Can Americans approve of a genociding Chinese leader? No. Dr. Wu in the 1990s revealed that protesters were left standing in toxic waste. After five or ten minutes they fell down and passed away.
The Chinese government has a policy of taking two kidneys from protesters and using their bodies for science.
All Chinese wives are depressed from having a forced abortion whenever they are pregnant the second time and thereafter. Police enter the home and handcuff the wife to the bed and extract the fetus. The husband sometimes is forced to watch.
Chinese can have norplant birth control implanted into their underarm. After 5 years they get a new norplant again from the American company.
Chinese subliminators here answered an ad to teach English. They are nice Chi-nese liking Americans turned into homociders here in the United States.
Although Chinese have made impressive advances with having private bus-inesses and skyscraper tall
cities, Chinese government has put surveillance in every office, store, factory, home, street, TV, cell phone and computer as well as sub-liminals there too.
There are no psychologists in China. It is thought that their government does away with those that have im-perfect mental health inclu-ding those that have given subliminals for a while.
To surrender to Divine is the easiest surrender in history. Wet the subliminals.
We all want freedom of thought to think, to be free to think our own thoughts, to discern good from bad, for freedom of speech and to improve. Chinese all know persons that went to labor camps. A frightened people are too scared to produce very much. Chinese can state “Divine I care for weak persons” for a nicer society.
If you feel chest pains put your finger on the sternum. Does the sternum vibrate? If so you have a subliminal fuzzy from Chinese. Keep this list:
Eat garlic or onions
Heating pad on back
Hot potatoes in hands
Mustard poultice chest
Use ace bandage to place
poultice on chest
Epsom salts feet and head
Slouch sitting
Don’t move much
Vinpocetine pill
Hydrogen peroxide poultice
Honey or yogurt on chest
Cough drops
State ‘ema’ transcendental meditation mantra over and over for easy healing of the cardiac area. Start by stating ‘Divine ema, ema, ema” whenever you begin again so your words are shielded.
When you can buy an infrared mat at 888 531-6982 good for any kind of recu-peration. Magnesium oil can relax and healing the cardiac area. Buy at 800 824-4491.
Sleep strips might help at 888 610-3872 with ten for $28.
Do not risk going to an emergency room as they pretend to give EKG with one jolt of electricity. Actual EKG is administered for about 5 minutes to graph cardiac pulse over time. Do you receive a copy of the graph? No. Can you view a CD of your EKG? No. It is a fraud.
Ask hospitals to have only hand written health charts and that you receive a copy after every visit. There are foreigners that now can get MeCentricin software to change any American elec-tronic health record to have lethal doses or advance directives on it.
Instead let’s receive a paper copy of our health chart like we do for a car bill with diagnosis and work done. It is best to have the health chart in our own control anyway.

In case your home has been entered into by Chinese and you have noticed brown thin long needle subliminals laying around, first wet the subliminals for 10 seconds. State “Divine I wet sublime-inals” over and over while working.
Bar the door like in the middle ages with two metal U shapes bolted to the door and a long steel stick across door. Ask a welder to put one in today.
You may try the door jammer from Home Depot but foreigners push a thin inch wide stick under the door to push door jammer backwards.
All our key hole knobs can be unlocked by foreigners. When you come back from an errand or job check for subliminals immediately.
Put a wind chime above the front and back door so you wake up before wandering outdoors.
If you have had a pair of shoes and socks that weren’t yours on your feet, take off and put by your side. State “Divine Jesus walked on water” for better self management. Fold a sheet over and sew the bottom and the side like a sleeping bag zipper so no one attempts to put shoes and socks on with subliminals and tracking tiny metal or put ivory flake looking devices on.
Cell phones go in water. Throw your TV outdoors. Donate our computer to a community center so you can visit without any self in-fliction while at a public place.

Our west coast shore needs to have land mines all along the beaches. Land mines are a peaceful barrier as long as signs are up every 20 feet or so. Would you rather be tan or alive if Chinese arrive?

Instead of a class in con-sumerism let’s interest eight graders in how simple machines work. The Crapper toilet, Kodak camera, Alex-ander Graham Bell’s tele-phone and Wilbur and Wright’s bikeplane have simple parts in a generation that tinkered in their base-ments to make a better society.Early sewing machine and washing machine in-terests a girl. The first water and mechanical clock, Gut-tenburg press, radio, wind-mill, stove, door bell and record player helps a new generation to fine new inventions. Building your own home and repairing a bicycle are practical skills to learn. Da Vinci and Edison are studied with fascination.
1. I want to be as smart as I possibly can.
2. One third of Spain’s third graders get high everyday and do not get to fourth grade.
3. Marijuana is a neurotoxin. Users are forgetful, with malaise and lazy welfare behavior.
4. Marijuana is high risk for AIDS behavior. “Oops I forgot the birth control!”
5. Abortions occur from the Oops! Father of not yet born baby gets high from mar-ijuana and does not have a fall in love feeling so he screams at mom of not yet born baby to get an abortion.
6. Marijuana is a high cancer risk.
7. Bronchitis, lung cancer and early full blown AIDS occurs from marijuana use.
8. Divorces are more com-mon from a couple that use pot because one or the other has adultery with a marijuana
9. Marijuana users have more car accidents. Where are the mad moms for users?
10. I want to buy only cruelty free products. Marijuana has blood all over it from dealers doing away with South Am-erican farmers up through Mexico. Drug dealers now do away with druggies getting rehab in Mexico.
11. Marijuana users loose a job easier. Users are late, sloppy, uncoordinated and laugh too much on the job.
12. Manchurians were given much opium from Chinese. Chinese genocided millions.
13. I want to ask 100 ques-
tions on a date sober to contribute towards my finest in a marriage.
14. Let’s close bars with dumb drugs in it and open board game rooms, book club cafes and swing dance clubs.

Norway had no bars and no drugs in 1980. Bars were outlawed since the turn of the century. Norwegians earlier made stills that if not exact toxed their drinkers. Drinkers on skis lost their way and got hyperthermia too easily in the snow.
Oslo had clean cut looking blonds whispering across from table to table in their coffee houses. A thriving social life in the early even-ings occurred without much abortions. Norway’s oil made them prosperous with cradle to grave free medicine. Since then they opened bars and drugs flowed in too.
A dater wants to not be lonely anymore. A dater is lonelier after a one night stand.
A celibate is not as lonely. A celibate dates with interest in the conversation. Can this dater like me a lot after 10 dates? Can he prove he loves me by being exclusive after 10 dates? Can he like my job or studies? Can he like my friends? Can he like my mom and dad? Can he like my sense of humor?
Can she like the roses I sent her? Can she like my sport I do? Can she like what I do after work? Can she like my side when I complain? Can she like what I struggled through? Can she like me if
I have a fault? Can she like me better than anybody else?
How am I going to find this out at the bar? I’m not, not there. A nicer man looks for a nicer place to find a nicer woman.
Did you both confess you went to beach week five years ago and disliked it ever after? I matured this much. Have you matured too? Are you looking to get married?
That’s just the beginning of a mature style of dating. What is this person like in front of my friends? Is she a gracious person? Is she a lout and permiscuous person who goes to the bars a lot? If you don’t want a lout and adul-terer for a wife or husband you don’t want a bar with drugs anymore. Let’s close them down for a while until the drugs are out thoroughly.

Religion is for organizing kindness and educating young and old to be kinder. Humans come to church on Sunday to be less lonely, to sing sweet songs, to talk of sorrows as a group, to witness a happy wedding promise to live together for their lifetime to share and protect their children and for their children to learn good from bad so they go to heaven after life. To shame and be shamed helps push a person towards doing nicer effects. Healings are in a church even if you just walk in for a while and sit before a Jesus statute. Where a picture of Jesus is so is Jesus. Ask for a miracle. It can happen.

Real Men Gobble Meat

"'We are 40 days from fundamentally changing America,'(Glen) Beck said. '. . . What the Tea Party movement wants is an end to out-of-control spending, an end to the insanity, an end to the growth in government that is gobbling everything up.'

He also ridiculed first lady Michelle Obama's campaign to get people to eat healthier snacks like apples or carrots.
'Get away from my french fries, Mrs. Obama,' Beck warned. 'First politician that comes up to me with a carrot stick, I've got a place for it. And it's not in my tummy.'

"'The role of the federal government is not to pick out doctors -- it's to defeat radical jihadists,' U.S. Rep. Pete Hoekstra of Michigan said. 'The role of the federal government is not to educate our children. It's to rush to the border and seal our borders.'"

For anyone confused about how a first lady's suggestions to eat healthy could possibly be controversial, the second quote from Rep. Hoekstra should be helpful. Real Men are neither threatened or concerned by anything except enemies, and the beating off of enemies real and imagined is essentially the only important thing that a person or a nation can ever do.

To suffer at the hands of an enemy is so disgraceful that the True Man commits his entire conciousness to preventing it. To suffer at the hands of so-called natural causes, on the other hand, is no more than the will of a God who is manliness incarnate. It is indisputable that the death of one tribe member at the hands of an outsider is far worse than the death of a hundred from heart attacks.

To believe otherwise is to accept that the threat from others is only a very small part of a greater battle against death that we are all doomed to lose; and all right-wing narratives are based on maintaining the illusion of omnipotence. This then is why Glen Beck would rather shove a hard glistening stick up someone's ass than be so queer as to worry about healthy eating.
